Building on K15t’s existing Atlassian- and cloud-centric tool landscape, this project focuses on creating a more reliable, standardized, and transparent environment for product development and internal collaboration. Our goal is to reduce operational complexity, increase the autonomy of teams, and ensure that K15t’s cloud infrastructure can grow in step with the company’s product roadmap and strategic ambitions.

To achieve this, Good Consulting will:

• Assess and refine the current cloud and collaboration landscape – reviewing existing infrastructure, tools, and processes to identify improvement opportunities in stability, security, and usability.

• Define and implement a modern target architecture – establishing clear patterns, guardrails, and best practices for cloud workloads, environments, and integrations to support K15t’s products and internal services.

• Introduce robust governance and operational practices – including standardization around provisioning, monitoring, incident management, and change management, while keeping processes lean and team-friendly.

• Enable and upskill K15t teams – partnering closely with stakeholders and practitioners to transfer knowledge, align on ways of working, and ensure long-term maintainability without creating dependence on external support.
