Scope
This project includes the following activities:
Cloud readiness assessment of current infrastructure and applications.
Migration of selected workloads to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Deployment and configuration of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
Identity and access management baseline setup (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC).
Security hardening and compliance alignment.
Change management, communication plan, and training activities.
Documentation handover and knowledge transfer.
Out of Scope
The items below are intentionally excluded to maintain clarity and avoid scope ambiguity.
Custom application development beyond migration activities.
Non-cloud infrastructure upgrades (on-prem hardware refresh, etc.).
Licensing procurement outside the agreed toolsets.
Ongoing managed services (can be contracted separately).
Success Metrics
We will consider the project successful when the following are achieved:
Defined workloads fully migrated and validated in the cloud environment.
Users onboarded to collaboration tools with minimal disruption.
Security and compliance baselines documented and operational.
Cost optimization controls active and reporting accuracy > 95%.
Positive user feedback from training sessions (≥ 4/5 satisfaction).
